Delhivery - Courier delayed lost

A parcel was to be sent from Bangalore to delhi. The pickup took place on **th August **** wherein along with the package ( a laptop bag, laptop stand, water bottle, umbrella, mask and some silicon stickers), the delivery charges of rs. *** were also paid. The initial estimated date of delivery was supposed to be *th September however, since *st September the order doesn't seems to be moving and is stuck in the base location (Hoskote). The courier company also doesn't cares to share any updates nor do they take care of the complaints. It's been ** days and everyday all they do is just extend the date of estimated delivery. I am pretty much sure now that they will show the package as lost in sometime.
It is the worst service i have ever experienced. I would request to please look into the issue ASAP and if nothing, atleast some penalty should be labelized against this fraud company.
