Nandhini Natarajan filed complaint against Amazon on Dec 22, 2020
I ordered a iLife robot vacuum on Amazon from a seller for **,*** on Aug ** and received the product on **th Aug. The return window expired in ** days on Sept *th. And the product stopped working shortly afterwards. On contacting Amazon, they asked to reach out to manufacturer as it has * yr warranty. The manufacturer has however refused service claiming Amazon is not authorized to sell this product and that it is a refurbished product being sold illegally. They have provided a service denial letter on their letterhead providing all these details. Amazon however refuses to take any remedial action and refund the purchase.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
