My PNR Number is GFBMFF. I had booked tickets from Goibibo and my travel date was **.**.**** and return on **.**.****. Due to COVID flight was cancelled and I should have been given full refund. Flight company Indigo had given full refund but Goibibo has deducted convince fee while crediting refund it is so unfair since flight was cancelled. I should have got full refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
