Kotak customer agent came to complete *** kyc but he converted my zero balance *** account to premium account with *** kotak insurance policy without my consent. I have received an email as if I have enrolled kotak kmbl policy Rs *** will be debited from my account. What he asked me to review that pic also attached with this. I never asked him to add policy on my name and open premium account but he used my signature and opened the premium account. I want to close banking with kotak and don't want the charge get applied in future. Please support
