On **th June, my dell laptop's hinge got broken due to their manufacturing defect. I contacted Dell costumer support for urgent repair. They assure me service till *th July but today is ** th July. Still they are not sure about the service date and making me fool.
My work is heavily affected due to unavailability of that laptop. I asked them if they can provide me a new laptop till my old one gets repaired, but they denied and not even completing service of the current one. I am fed up of such trash service.
