on * june they took my tv and gave me back on * june when they plugged in the tv it's panel was broken. So they took it back to repair. It was the technician's fault for breaking the panel while transporting it he told me the *k I am getting is as a compensation for him breaking the plan but the customer care told me the amount of repair has been extended over the policy what even amount they cover that's why they are giving me the money also told me I will get the tv as the same condition I have send it. After that I complained in the consumer help line and got the call back from one assist head office they said we have changed the panel but picture quality is not good so repair it by yourself with that *k they have sent me and he hung up the call. I don't know what to do they still didn't send me the tv nor give me the full amount of my tv.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
