,I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the return of my device submitted for repair under Claim ID: [********] on **th May ****.After I was informed that I am not eligible for liquid/damage protection, I requested the return of my unrepaired device on **th May. Since then, I have received no proper update. The tracking information shows pickup cancelled by customer, which is incorrect and misleading, as I have not canceled any pickup request. Despite multiple attempts to get clarification from your team, I have not received any concrete response or resolution.
