One assist insurance company - Claim rejected for earphones

I raised a claim recently with OneAssist for my Boat Earphones product which I purchased. The invoice was having name suppose XYZ and the flipkart account was having name abc. Now, after the product was purchased, the product was registered against the number of XYZ who was there on the invoice but the username was mentioned as ABC which is a major flaw and that too was done without any consent of ABC.
Now when the product is having issue XYZ files a claim within the extended warranty period and gets a rejection that the names are mismatching in the invoice and OneAssist account. Now main issue is why first of all the username got changed and even though it got changed why it didn't took the username as XYZ and why ABC.
I had a word with OneAssist customer care team and they told me that they gets this data from Flipkart or Amazon respective platform from where you have purchased it and then the same gets updated into OneAssist.
The question is why the claim is getting rejected when the user didn't had any hand in all this so called process and why the user has to suffer who purchased an extended warranty plan to get their product safe from issues.
Additionally there was one more product previously which was also part of the same OneAssist account and that time the username was matching with the invoice because it might have been updated correctly but this time they made a mess and now firmly rejecting my claim which I should be getting.
