Chaturvedula Venkata Seshumadhav filed complaint against Airtel on Oct 22, 2018
There was a billing mistake from Airtel’s side that resulted in over billing. Upon raising a request Airtel's nodal team claimed that they fixed the issue and it will not reoccur.
Despite thatthe billing issue kept happening again and again (June **, June **, Aug *, Aug **, Sep **).
Every month I have to call customer care, to get it fixed. They provide me a waiver and promise that it will not happen again.
This has resulted in loss of valuable man hours of mine, and extreme mental suffering
I would like to sue Airtel, and demand an explanation and compensation for the damages.
