Professional Couriers - Consignment number not mentioned on receipt and package not delivered yet

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a courier service issue I experienced with your company on **/**/**** at A/P-Rahata, Dist-Ahmednagar, Maharashtra branch.
On the said date, I submitted a courier package containing personal and eatable products worth Rs.*** for delivery to Apt ***, Tanisha Nilaya
**/*, Rustamji Villa Road, Vinayaka Nagar, Whitefield ******. However:
No Consignment Number Provided – The receipt issued to me did not mention any consignment/tracking number, making it impossible to track the parcel.
Non-Delivery of Courier – Despite repeated follow-ups, the package has not been delivered to the recipient even after ** days from the date of booking.
Lack of Proper Service by Staff – The executives handling my queries have failed to provide any concrete updates or resolution, and have shown an unprofessional attitude towards my concerns.
Due to your company’s negligence and deficiency in service, I have suffered both financial loss Rs.*** and mental distress. Therefore, I hereby demand:
Full refund of the courier charges paid Rs.***.
Compensation for the damages/losses suffered due to the non-delivery of the products, amounting to Rs.**** along with reasonable compensation for the inconvenience caused.
I request you to treat this matter with urgency and confirm in writing the steps you will take to resolve it.
