sir our consignment booked in tirupati to tellapur road ,nallagandla,hyderabad on **/sep **** delivery date should be on * oct **** but it not delivered yet .when i called to hyderabad dtdc branch they are not responding about my consignment delivery daily they are repeatedly saying today your consignment delivered after * pm but from * days onward they are repeatedly saying dis thing sir
