My consignment GCPUN********* was booked from Pune to Patna on *th July ****. All payments were done upfront. Apart from the payment, the picking up team also demanded extortion money (mathari charge) *** + *** = ***, when I said I won't pay anything extra, they intimidated with harming my goods and me. They even said that they won't load the goods if extortion money and tips are not given to them.
Even after paying hefty moving and packing charges+extortion money+tips, the goods have yet been not delivered since the last ** days. I am travelling to the UK and my family is waiting for the consignment goods from last **-** days. There were many important and urgent articles which were to be delivered. They claim they are listed in Limca book of records for their such 'pathetic services.
I am consulting my lawyer to file a legal case against agarwalpackers.com for failure to deliver timely services, irresponsible customer service and mental torture and harassment.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
