After canceling the consignment (CFR No.
CFRBNG*********) because they denied to provide the proper packaging materials for my fragile items, they didn't initiate any refund (Cancellation ticket No. *******). Whenever I mail them they keep extending the timeline by *-* days every day. Now they have stopped responding to my emails and haven't processed my refund yet. Even the National Consumer Helpline isn't helping.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
