Agarwal Packers And Movers Ltd - Package not received

Packing date from bangalore - *th Sept **** Bangalore Delivery date to Nagpur - **th Sept **** Nagpur I recently moved my belongings from bangalore to Nagpur via APML packers dated above. It was my first time to use packers and movers and It was an utter disappointment when my costliest box was missing from the entire consignment that contained my personal items (perfumes and other stuff) which was packed in fragile coatings right in front of me. I have paied **,***/- for this consignment without any second thoughts trusting the brand name and reputation. I have called multiple times for this issue and all I get an answer is they have not found the box yet and team is working. Its almost a month and I have not received my belongings that is so close to my heart. This is totally unprofessional and has caused me severe distress. I am attaching my follow up emails as well where I did not receive any positive outcome. I doubt the packers might have misplaced it deliberately because they packed themselves and saw the items and the pricing. This is the company to be blamed at and its unprofessionalism. They said my item is still missing and if not found they will pay me the estimate. But the kind of experience I have been through I need a compensation! Nobody should go through such distressing experiences where they lose the belongings they have earned with blood and sweat! I even reached out to the owner Ramesh Aagarwal over Linkedin but got no response. My valuables cost more than **-**K
