FedEx - Consignment delay TRK

I sent a courier through FedEx on June ** -**** and as per shipper the shipment supposed to be deliver on or before ** June .Unfortunately my shipment was held at Bangalore Customs Facility .We provided all necessary KYC documents and commercial invoice no action has been taken for last * weeks.I sent many emails to Fedex India and no action has been taken yet.FedEx tracking still showing " commercial Invoice is incomplete"
