Hi this is Dhaval here. I m facing internet connectivity issue since * - * weeks now.
Whenever I raise a ticket, after waiting almost full day, the internet starts and by end of the same day the connectivity is lost again.
I have raised a number of tickets.
Also it looks like their customer care is also not escalating this even when told to do so.
Their router is installed on my bungalow and it supports * more customers of yours.
When I call them they say the internet is working.
They are getting electricity for the router free of cost from my bungalow and still I am the one suffering here.
Please if you can take this up with You broadband
