Sir,
I became member of you broad band family last year september with plan for ** months + * months free by paying rs. ****/-.
My connection was disconnected on ** September **** by telling me that my plan was for * year. My connection was stopped on week before completing ** months. Till then I am calling various people to look into the matter but result is NIL. I also mailed to support navi mumbai but no reply.
My account no. Is *******.
The login for connection was done on ** september ****. The cheque was given by me was given on same date. As per plan was offered to me should expire on ** february ****.
Please find the attachment for plan given to me.
