Hello there,
CRF NO: ****** (Internet connection transfer request form number)please find attached file.
Before few month My existing plan is over at my office location. I had requested for close my connection and give back my modem deposit amount but You Broadband team not interested to close my account. (I had call lot's of time).
You Broadband team Continuously call and messages for new offer then i decided for renew plan and transfer internet connect to my home (Because my office was changed), Your marketing person came and they told me we're able to provide internet in your home address with * working Days. I was pay by cheque at **-march ****. It were cleared on **-march.
I had many call to You Broadband team and direct visit on your surat office but still not transfer my connection. I also sent email to You Broadband support (customercare.srt@youbroadband.co.in)
I'm really disappointment with him services. In those all process i lost my time and my money (Calling charges). I've tried lot's of time to call their local office (surat) but they aren't received my call or cut the call. Surat office No.(***********)
I would like to humble request please help me.
