I have made payment of INR **** for airtel broadband connection ** Mbps ***/month plan to be installed at my home location. Its been more than * days since my payment has been submitted and no one came for the installation from Airtel. The airtel guy named Inderjeet: ********** who I contacted for the connection is not picking up my call.
Poor customer service is not expected.
