I have been chasing for an alternative flight or full refund due to connecting flight time mismatch. This happened because British airway re-scheduled(preponed) their connecting flight from **:** to *:** on **th of January.
I have been sending email to ctdocuments@cleartrip.com and customersupport@cleartrip.com and calling ********** for the same issue many times but the issue is still not resolved. I have called British Airways but they told me to contact the booking agent.
My scheduled flight is on **th of January but no clarity on flight. all these uncertainty thought of posting in social media. I have seen many post regarding cleartrip complaints but not seen any response from clear trip.
I am hoping Voxya will resolve my issue
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
