Tatacliq.com - Confiscated my money by not letting me return orders

I am regular customer of TataCliq and place many orders on regular basis by paying money upfront. I agree that my return rate is also high (as most of the times the product quality does not match the one shown in the images), and this has annoyed the company. They deactivated my account suddenly without any prior warning, and this also I am ok with. What has come as a big shock is that I have close to **k worth of active orders and they are refusing any return requests on these orders and now my money is stuck. Kindly help. This is plain cheating and unethical behavior on their behalf in order to confiscate my money. The have all rights to stop me from placing new orders which I gladly accept, but for the orders already placed and money taken, they cannot deny me the return option. Kindly help.
