Agoda Booking - Confirmed booking but couldn t get room

Day before yester that is, on *th of july, i booked a single for myself in indore through the agoda website. I made the payment and at that time the booking confirmation mail also came with all the booking details of the hotel. But when i reached the hotel the manager told that the hotel has been sold out for some wedding guests and even when i showed him the confirmation mail but he still denied and after many attempts i was made to leave the hotel and left on road without any place to go. Hotel customer behavior was also rude and ugly.
Kindly help in this matter for a refund. ASAP. And also, i am putting one case in consumer Court here in India.
