Powermax Fitness India Private Limited - Complaints not addressed and ticket closed without fulfilling request

Placed an order of treadmill and they opened a ticket for installation. Called them ** times post that and no body shown up for installation. Finally on **.**.**** they closed the ticket saying i am not approachable. But i was able to receive and call the powermax. No proper response given even when i called them again and again.
