I am writing to express my deep concern about a distressing incident during my recent travel with Indigo. As a passenger with a *-month-old baby, I requested wheelchair assistance for a safe and convenient experience. However, what unfolded was life-threatening for my baby, which is unacceptable.
The assigned attendant changed after security check-in, leaving me to handle my hand luggage and causing stress. Moreover, the new attendant abandoned me near the aircraft area, close to the jet blast exhaust. This exposed us to scorching hot air and hazardous conditions. My baby became terrified and clung to me tightly out of fear.
The loud sound from the exhaust was detrimental to my baby's delicate eardrums, amplifying his distress. We endured these unsafe conditions before I could signal another officer for assistance.
This experience was distressing and posed a significant risk to my baby's well-being. I request escalation of this matter and full compensation for the trauma caused. Prompt action is necessary to prevent future incidents compromising safety and damaging the airline's reputation.
