One of the most glaring issues I have encountered is the lack of proficiency among many of the trainers in English. Their poor accents make it exceedingly difficult to comprehend their instruction effectively. I firmly believe that if Henry Harvin cannot ensure that their trainers can teach proficiently in English, they should either enhance their language skills or offer training in Hindi or another language more accessible to their audience.

Furthermore, my interactions with the customer support team have been shockingly unprofessional. They appear to be ill-informed about their own products and services, merely passing queries from one representative to another without providing any meaningful assistance. The supposed job assistance portal offered by Henry Harvin is dysfunctional, adding to the frustration and skepticism of users like myself.

In essence, Henry Harvin has failed to deliver even the most basic standards of quality service. While a small fraction of trainers may demonstrate competence, the majority fall short of expectations, rendering the overall experience unsatisfactory and unproductive.
