Oda class pigeon education pvt Ltd - Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Request for Refund

I want to complaint about the extremely disappointing experience with ODA Class following the enrollment of my son, Tushya Gupta, in the full-year Class * course.
Prior to enrollment, I attended a *-day trial where I was assisted by Mr. Ritwik. During this period, he was in constant touch and persistently followed up for subscription. I subscribe the course by paying Rs. *****/- through my credit card upon which I was assured cash bank of Rs ***/- in the card, waiver of the full convenience fee and refund of Rs. ****/- by Mr Ritwik. However, after I made the payment of ₹**,***, I came to know that he enrolled my son for the wrong batch and after informing him, his responsiveness dropped significantly. He is now neither taking my calls nor responding appropriately.
I would like to highlight the following issues:

A class slot of *:** PM to *:** PM was assigned without my consent. Upon requesting a change to *:** PM to *:** PM, Mr. Ritwik assured me it would be done.
Despite the assurance, the slot was not changed, and there was no follow-up communication. As a result, my child missed the very first class due to this unprofessional handling.
At the time of admission, I was promised a refund of ₹*,***, for which my Paytm details were also taken. This commitment has not been fulfilled either.
I filed an official complaint to company mail id on **st March ****, keeping Mr Sushant Srivastava in loop but I have not been reverted yet.
