Today on **.**.**** I ordered cake cost - *** from Bk ** confectionery to address House no ***, Lane No * , Sheetal Nagar, behlolpur but the delivery partner namely Kishan phone no -*********** didn't deliver the order and he refuse to deliver order in the exact location and misbehaved with my husband and me in phone call..I got call from the swiggy customer service they assured me to refund my order value but didn't took any step related to misbehaviour of the delivery partner.. I got *** money as refundable money from swiggy but I want to complaint regarding the misbehaviour of deliver partner and..kindly lock his ID form swiggy or any step appropriate against his misbehaviour. .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
