Dear Service Provider,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of action taken to set up my broadband connection, despite me having paid for the service one month ago. As a working professional, I require a reliable and fast internet connection to carry out my daily tasks, and I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by your company.
I have attempted to contact the operator who received my payment numerous times, but to no avail. He has blocked my number and is not responding to any of my attempts to get in touch with him. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional, and I am appalled that this has happened.
Initially, the operator assured me that the connection would be set up within *-* days, but it has been over a month, and I still have not received any communication or service from your company. This is not how you should treat your customers, and I feel like I have been misled and taken advantage of.
I demand a refund of my payment as soon as possible. It is unacceptable to take payment for a service and then fail to provide it, with no communication or explanation. I hope that this issue can be resolved swiftly and that your company can take steps to prevent similar situations from happening to other customers in the future. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
