Mainstreet Market Place - Complaint Regarding Delayed Refund for Order Placed 90 days ago

I placed an order for a pair of Adidas Yeezy Slide Pure (Order Value: ₹**,***) from Mainstreet Marketplace on * Sept, ****. However, after several weeks of waiting, my order was unexpectedly cancelled, and I was assured a refund would be processed. Despite this, I have yet to receive my refund, even though it has been over ** days since the cancellation.
I have made numerous attempts to reach out to the company through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and Instagram DMs, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication and failure to issue my refund is unacceptable.
I am requesting immediate resolution and the refund of ₹**,***, as well as a clear explanation of the delay.
