Sir , with regards, I have the honour to submit you that I purchased a Creta crdi sx polar white in colour from your dealer Devika Hundai or v k auto mart pvt ltd Udhampur ****** on September **,****.
On **-**-**** evening, while travelling from Udhampur to Jammu, the vehicle clutch paddle failed and gears of the vehicle got jammed. On our request the said company toed the a said vehicle to workshop and necessary repairs were carried out. At that time I raised the point whether it was a manufacturing issue but we were blamed that the vehicle is driven with too much usage of clutches and the problem lied with the driver ie I was blamed that you don’t know how to drive. At that time the vehicle had run only ****-**** kms. Being in warranty we were charged for clutch plates.
On **-**-**** again same type of problem occurred we were again assured it will not happen again by Hundai A M Jammu as the vehicle got stuck in Jammu and we were charged again despite the fact it was in warranty.
On **-**-**** again same thing happened.
Now the vehicle is again lying in the Devika Hyundai Udhampur. It’s my humble request to you to kindly get it checked from genuine engineers because I have already suffered a lot three times physically as well as mentally. Moreover the root cause of the fault must be known.
I’m a ** year old person and driving the four wheeler cars since ****. Simultaneously I am occupying a Swift car VDI and use swift for most of the time because it’s convenient to drive in cities. Before that I was occupying another swift and before that I was using an Omni van and before that I was using a fiat.
In my whole life I have never encountered such a problem and these technicians are alleging that thee fault lies with me and my way of driving . Never in the past such a problem has occurred.
At all the occasions I was mentally harassed for hours together and was unable to complete my assignments at proper time.
Once again I request you to depute some expert engineers to assess the real fault and treat the vehicle under warranty as it’s the manufacture defect and oblige.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
