I would like to file a complaint against Samsung regarding a highly unsatisfactory service experience.
I had raised a service request (Ref No: **********) for my TV display. During the service visit, the technician handled only the display (not the complete TV unit). At that time, my original display was in working condition.
However, during the repair/replacement process, the technician damaged my original working display. After that, a replacement display was provided, but it was not functioning properly. The technician then took back the replacement display, and since then, my issue remains unresolved.
Due to the negligence of Samsung’s service team:
My original working display has been damaged
The replacement provided was defective
No proper resolution or response has been given despite multiple follow-ups
This has caused me financial loss, inconvenience, and mental harassment.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
