With regard to the above dongle no., I have been visiting your Airtel store as well as registering complaints since February, ****, however no resolution has been provided till date. The number continues to remain non-operational since almost last * year as would also be noticed through data usage on this number since last * year.
I was being charged almost ****/- per month till February **** without being offered data as well as speed on the number. In response to my complaint, the bill plan was modified to Rs ***/- and I was assured that all net work, speed and dongle related issues would be resolved within **-** hours. Post complaint, your network team visited and informed that the problem is with the dongle and a separate team wud visit to check the dongle. Subsequently, the dongle team visited and passed on the buck to the net work team saying that dongle is fine and the problem is due to network issue.
Kept on following the issue with you Airtel store in Gandhi Nagar, Ghaziabad, however despite regular follow up no resolution was provided. Finally a complaint was lodged at *** on **.**.** vide complaint no ********. Still no resolution was provided and the complaint was closed at your end without speaking to me or resolving the issue. Another complaint was lodged on **.**.** vide complaint no ********, however the said complaint was also closed without any reference to me and without resolving the issue.
Again a fresh complaint has been lodged on **.**.** vide complaint no ******** and was assured that the same has been escalated and some one from the team wud visit the location of dongle and the issue wud be resolved urgently and refund of bill for last * months shall be provided as the services could not be used due to ineffectiveness of Airtel in resolving a long pending complaint. However to my utter surprize, once again the complaint has been closed at your end without any resolution. In fact no one from your team considered it important to either inform me the status or rectify the problem. My contact number as well as my email is registered in you records, however neither someone cared to call me nor an email was sent informing the status.
Today again I have lodged a complaint vide interaction ID ********** and I have been advised to write to you so as to escalate the matter pending at your end since last *-** months. U would observe that due to fault at your end the number has been out of use since last *-** months, which could be verified from the fact that there has been no data usage on this number since last almost ** months. However, despite this you have been charging me with monthly rentals over last * year without offering any services.
In today’s competitive world and when all cellular companies are engaged in trade wars to increase their base, it’s quite disturbing that such a reputed Company like Airtel is involving itself in such activities wherein the customer is being charged for no services being offered to him. The complaints are sue-motto and deliberately closed without any intimation or contact with customer and without any resolution of the complaint lodged. How can this go un-noticed in the system that no data is being used against a particular number and despite repetitive complaints, the issue still remains unresolved.
Last complaint was lodged vide complaint no. ********. Have been writing to appellate.del@in.airtel.com, sicne Oct, **, but still no resolution.
It is requested that the complaint may be escalated and resolved immediately and in case the same is not possible at your end, the bill amount recovered from undersigned over last * year may be refunded immediately.
