I'm facing no electricity supply individually because of fault on electricity pole. Already complained many times but no resolution yet. Passed a full night by just sitting with mosquitoes in wait of electricity. Complain to customer care many times, Connected with JE regarding this issue but issue is still pending.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
