To whom so ever it may concern,
I am filing this complaint for not getting my refund back in my account from Amazon.
I ordered socks for my *.* years old son on Amazon online by seeing the images online, but when I get the product at my place and when I checked it, it is very small in size and that is why I request for refund. The refund was approved and initiated from Amazon, which is mention in the trail mail.
But not after not getting refund from more than * days, when I check with customer care, they said refund was cancelled and no further communication made with the client, it is so pathetic and was not expected from Amazon brand.
