VI social media team is unprofessional and specially the senior social media executive Mr Rajesh Singh , he had assured me that he would keep me updated about my complaint , by calling me everyday but he did not bother to do so , I have complaint regarding miselling of the family plan to me , and even social media executive had confirmed it , but to my utter disappointment they are not doing anything about it , I would request you to look into it and also take action against Anchal the Vi store executive from Vasai West and Anaya the social Media executive , her senior Rajesh Singh is telling that we are working on priority to resolve your issue but at the same time he is not able to give tat that when it will get resolved , I want Amazon Prime in the plan as they had promised , I have all the call recordings
