I had booked four seats in flight from Delhi to Vadodara for ** Oct ** the details of booking are as given below

*. At the time of booking following details were provided but Air India had not provided any info on preponement of flight to me.

*. The flight was preponed without informing me about the preponement and I reached the New Delhi Airport at **** hours as per the schedule of the flight. After interacting with the staff of the Air India my request for refund/reschedule of the flight was rejected by Air India citing the reason that I had already done web check in at **** hours on ** Oct ****. It is submitted that I had told my brother to do web check when he was in his office and he was supposed to pick me up to drop me to airport. It is also submitted that I resorted to web check in due to guidelines pandemic due to on corona virus and the tickets were handed over to me by my brother at **** hours on ** Oct ** when he came to pick me up to drop me at airport.
*. It is submitted that web check in was done by my brother since I did not have a printer and I requested my brother to take the print out and he handed over the print out of web check in slips to me. I was not made aware of the changed schedule by Air India and because of unexpected preponement of the flight by Air India I suffered financial loss as no refund or reschedule for the ticket which I had purchased.
*. It is further submitted that this is injustice done to me as a consumer by Air India in which they had preponed the flight and did not inform me the time of preponement neither via phone or via e mail provided to them. They further used the web check in as an excuse to deny me any refund or rescheduled my flight and I suffered financial loss due to no fault of mine.
*. I request authorities to kindly take appropriate action and direct Air India to refund the amount at the earliest please.
