Pallabita Biswas filed complaint against TVS Apache on May 11, 2021
Hi,
I have purchased Apache ****V form TVS authorized dealer (Tripti Automobiles, Suri) with *.**L on road price. Whereas ex-showroom price is *.**L. At the time of purchase they didn't provide any GST TAX Invoice or any Breakup Bill of *.**L. (Not for me only, they didn't provide to anybody).
When I visit the showroom today for the proper bill and justification of **K they told me that they can't provide to anybody. They can only provide payment receipt.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
