PLANET SPARK - Complaint Against PlanetSpark Refund Request Due to Lack of Transparency and Poor Support

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my recent enrollment with PlanetSpark.

Initially, there was no clear information provided about the number of classes, course structure, or syllabus. Only after my portfolio was created, I came to know about the syllabus and how the classes are structured. This was not clearly explained before enrollment, and I found the structure unsuitable for my needs.

Although I have health issues, I still decided to continue the course. However, after reviewing the actual syllabus and class format, I realized it does not match what was explained or expected at the time of enrollment. Therefore, I raised a cancellation request on the very next day of my enrollment, but there has been no proper response from PlanetSpark. I would like to mention that I have not attended any classes so far.

Additionally, I have experienced very poor customer service support when I tried to get clarification on this matter.

Due to this lack of transparency, unclear course information, and poor customer support, I request PlanetSpark to cancel my enrollment immediately and issue a full refund of my payment.

Since the issue remains unresolved, I am now registering a formal complaint against PlanetSpark for misleading practices and inadequate customer service.
