Indigo Airlines - Complaint against INDIGO Inflight Meal Services JB8LWV

This is a complaint against Indigo inflight service- I booked Non-Veg Snacks & Soft beverage service for booking reference- JB*LWV, Jan ** flight from Hyd to Delhi for my father and when he asked for meal, they simply denied.


I have been discussing this matter with Ms. Priya Singh( customer Relations- Indigo) from past * days. First, she asked me Copy of my boarding pass which contains the meal stub (CPML/VGML/NVML). When I sent her the boarding pass attached, she is asking for
boarding pass duly stamped by the security personnel.

Rather than asking to the customer, she is not check her records. I guess she doesn't have any records that is why she is troubling me all over again. Its mental harassment for the general user. When I bought the service, still I have to keep on emailing
them just to avail the refund of the service which they never provide.

Just to let you know, my father(Mr. Inder Madaan) is an old man and a diabetic patient. He has to eat something in the morning to eat medicine which is why I booked this food service. But now, he is ill just because of their lack of coordination.




I want you all to consider this matter and help me to get the refund from Indigo otherwise they will treat us(general users) like this again and again.
