Sbi Cards & Payments Service Private Limited - Complaint against harrasment by collection agency

Hi,

I have * credit cards with SBI which due is not yet paid for the last * months due to financial issues. Daily I am getting multiple calls from multiple numbers/WhatsApp/text messages at odd hours also.

Today * the Agent Named: Bishnu Datta Biswal and another agent(Collection manager)(Pattanaik agency, Bhubaneswar) *********** identified as SBI Employees came to my home address directly without any prior intimation. They neither called me on my phone nor sent any email prior to the visit. They came directly to my home without any bank authorization letter and directly asked for money from my family members. When they asked for an authorization letter, they started abusing them. Upon connecting over the phone, they started harassing me also and threatening me to sit inside my home until collecting the cash. When I asked about an authorization letter or ID Card, simply they denied it and started abusing me also. They threatened my family for payment also and started abusing me in front of my neighbors which is a complete cross-violation of privacy and against the debt collection rule as per RBI.

I want strict action against this activity or else I will go to RBI ombudsman.
