Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally complain against an Ekart delivery executive who misused my delivery OTP and took my parcel dishonestly.
The delivery executive contacted me and asked for the OTP stating that it was required to cancel the order. Trusting his words, I shared the OTP. However, instead of cancelling the order, he marked the order as delivered and took the parcel with him. I did not receive the parcel, even though the system shows it as delivered.
This is a clear case of misrepresentation and misuse of delivery OTP, and it raises serious concerns about customer safety and internal monitoring.

I request Ekart to:
*. Immediately investigate the delivery executive
*. Arrange refund or redelivery of my order
*. Take strict action against the concerned delivery person to prevent such incidents in future
