Subject: Complaint Regarding Misbehavior of Delivery Executive Over Telephone number +************
Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior of one of your delivery executives during a recent telephone conversation.
On **/**/**** at **:** AM approximately, I received a call from your delivery executive regarding the delivery of my order, Order ID OD******************Unfortunately, the interaction was highly unprofessional and distressing. Specifically, I told him to deliver the parcel tomorrow i.e. **/**/****. Then the delivery boy told me shouting that I have done this earlier also. Such as rudeness, inappropriate comments, raised voice, lack of respect, etc.
This behavior is completely unacceptable and has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. As a loyal customer, I expect your staff to exhibit professionalism and courtesy, especially in direct interactions over the phone.
I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action against the delivery executive involved.
Please keep me informed about the steps taken to address this issue and the outcome of your investigation. I trust that you will handle this complaint with the seriousness it deserves.
