Complaint Regarding Delivery Service (Parcel: FMPP**********)Dear Voxya Team,I hope you can resolve my issue and take action regarding the delivery agent involved.My parcel (FMPP**********), which is a birthday gift for my cousin, was scheduled for delivery this morning. When the parcel was out for delivery, I called the delivery agent at **:** AM, requesting that he deliver my parcel soon. He responded rudely and disrespectfully.As a female customer, I found his behavior particularly upsetting. Additionally, he did not know my address. After an hour, I called him again, and he said he had found my address and was coming. However, after waiting for *.* hours, there was still no response, despite the fact that he was in my area.I called him again, but he did not pick up. After ** minutes, I called once more, and he suddenly stated that he was no longer in my area and would deliver my parcel last. His manner of speaking was unbearable and disrespectful towards women. As I write this, I still have not received my parcel.Please take appropriate action regarding this delivery agent and ensure that such behavior is not repeated.Thank you
