A Club Mahindra agent duped us into taking their "Go Zest" membership. Promising a hell lot of perks and benefits, now since we bought the membership, he is neither taking our calls nor helping us book any resort. After several calls, he shared our login details with us, which do not even have enough points for us to make bookings.
I especially wish to highlight this Agent (Anand Kumar) details, who has been rude and after a few calls even threatened us. His employee number is ***** and works at the Pitampura office.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
