Club mahindra - Fraud Club mahindra

I have had the worst experience dealing with Club Mahindra and their sales team and collections team.

I was sold club mahindra membership and I paid many installments which amounts to *.* lac. But after all this, my nights got expired, i couldn't book hotels, not a single booking. Then i decided to withdraw my membership. No solution was given to me. I asked for refund but they refused, i kept on following up but nothing happened. Puneet from sales team keep on suggesting please use club mahindra, and then decide if you want to avail our services further.

I finally thought okay, lets try this once. Puneet clearly promised me that there are ** nights, avail all of them, i will give me food voucher of ****, if you like it after availing all, thats when u continue with the installments. I clearly rechecked that with him that no installments till I avail all ** days. I used * nights and the remaining again i couldn't because the property was just not available. Followed up for months. And then Deepika from collections team call me to remind that two installments are pending.

I told her ur sales person promised me this, despite my payment of *.* lac, i used only * nights, you can't let me avail entire ** days and now you want more installments.

But apparently they dont care what the sales team promise and the fraud they keep on causing. They are not letting me avail rest * days without me paying additional *****.

I have complained officially and my brother who owns a publication, we are going to publish the fraud club mahindra does with people like us.

Pathetic experience, you are very similar to those thiefs who lie and make other pay from their pocket.
