I made the payment of Rs. ***** on *th Feb'** & cancelled my membership within the time period. I have sent ***s of mails & ****s of call to customer care but no response. It wasted so much of my time, energy & mental state to get refund of my hard earned money. * months is a very long time to follow up. The agent who forced me to deposit money has blocked me. Also i get calls to submit my next EMI amount, I am not even sure if they disabled the auto debit. This company & people are fraud. Please help me get refund.
