Axis Bank - Complaint against Charges

One of his executive Ravi Kumar who has opened fouur accounts from karnal branch to come at home at the time of account opening they told me that if you will open an account *****rs limit soo you can open other family member account on * balance I have opened two account on the name of Usha Rani & Shikha Chawla with the minimum limit of *****. I have opened two more accounts along with the same one with Name of Chirag and one with the name of Neha Rani at the time of opening the account he said there will no deduction against the any type of deduction will happen then it will get refunded and I will be the person who will provide you refund against the same. But now he is neglecting on the same giving many excuses you have to contact to the bank. In last three months approx ****rs deducted from the account with the name of neha.
