SpiceJet - Complaint against a staff

I was carrying a small cabin luggage of * kg with no mother luggage. Since I was carrying important luggage that is my documents, LD, thesis expensive clothes. I wanted to carry the bag along with me in check in. The bag was weighing *kg and the lady at the inside counter told me to put the trolley in luggage as it exceeds the weight limit. Since I am already reaching Guwahati late that is *:** and I will have to travel to Nagaon alone by cab. I wanted to reach as soon as possible. I didn’t want to wait for the luggage.
She was giving me options such as pay for priority seat or pay for the luggage.
She was rude to me and shouted at me infront of all the passengers. Later I did the same out of sheer frustration.
I asked her name repeatedly so that I can lodge a complaint against her but she didn’t say her name.
And at this point she could have called a superior to handle the matter so that I could speak to someone of authority. She refused to call any superior when I asked her to call.
And she said we not wearing any name tag or ID card so that I can find out her name.
The fact that
*) she was not wearing her ID card, did not disclose her name ( if she was not guilty she would have told me her name)
*) The fact that she didn’t call any superiors to handle the matter when I asked her to.
*) she fact that she was not wearing any ID card on a professional setting.
*) the fact that she is a girl and refused to understand my problem of travelling at night.
What happened to girls standing for girls.
I am lodging a complaint against her.
