Tarun filed complaint against Airtel Dish TV on Aug 26, 2020
Regarding my request id ******** which is canceled by Airtel team.
Case Detail:
On *th Aug, I noticed that below Value-added services were activated in my account since **** without my knowledge and consent and I am paying for these for a long time.
Platinum gaming top-up: * Sept ****: Rs **/month
Bollywood Movies: ** Sept ****: Rs **/month
Om Shakti: ** May ****: Rs **/month
So I sent an email to Airtel regarding this on *th Aug **** and I asked for either proof that I activated these services or full refund, below was the response from Mounika(Airtel Team)

Account information can be retrieved by giving missed call on ********** from RTN (Toll Free).

My Response:
So, As I asked for proof she refunded one-month Value-added services charges but I am paying this from ****, I sent another mail and request for a refund from the time these services got activated without my consent, but today as I can see Request No: ******** is rejected.
I asked either provide me detailed reason for the rejection and why you only refunded only for * month?
or
Provide my refund of Rs **** as per below calculation
Platinum gaming top-up: * Sept ****: Rs **/month => Rs ****
Bollywood Movies: ** Sept ****: Rs **/month => Rs ****
Om Shakti: ** May ****: Rs **/month => Rs ****
Total: Rs ****

I am wondering why can you only refund Rs ***, why not the full amount which I paid to Airtel since * years, please let me know how Airtel is deciding that I should get only Rs *** instead of Rs ****?
Please provide me an exact reason or complete refund since services were activated without my consent.
Also why with every mail I am getting new Airtel Adviser why a dedicated adviser is not answering my questions, I am sending emails from more than a month, please provide me answers for my questions.
