On **th July I was scheduled to fly with spicejet from Bengalore (BLR) to Patna (PAT). This flight was cancelled by your airline due to operational reason. Therefore, I requested for rescheduled & I got alternate flight on *th July But It is also got cancelled.
So, I need to book flight with other airline because of that I need to pay almost twice of actual fare.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
